Structlines Design/ Build is an Authorized professional engineering company located in Toronto, Canada, founded by Babak Asri, P.Eng., that specializes in residential and commercial projects throughout the GTA. With our design-build approach to construction, you have one budget, one contract, one source of accountability, and one cohesive turnkey project delivery.

Pre-construction assessments (feasibility study)
The pre-construction phase of a project is crucial, setting the course for a successful job. It includes business and financial assessments, in which your Design-Builder’s staff learn about your business, investment goals, vision, financial realities and current and future value.
Design and Permit
At Structlines Our highly trained and talented designers are more than capable of helping you providing Architectural, Structural and Mechanical design. Through a collaborative effort with our designers, your thoughts will be transformed into a cohesive plan that is ready for approval and construction.
We’re committed to use our years of experience to provide you with your home’s Building permit application, and you can be confident that everything will run smoothly since we’ll prepare all the required documents well in advance.
Construction & Project management
Following architectural design, you’ll save time, as you won’t need a second bid phase to select a contractor. In fact, your Design-Builder will start readying your jobsite while design progresses, and elements of construction can begin during the design phase. By overlapping construction and design, your project team can deliver a timely build that makes aggressive schedules possible. You’ll still have a construction team, specialty subcontractors, materials vendors and all the same quality standards as you would in other methods. But the job will get done more quickly, to a clearly defined scope with total accountability.

Grading plan and storm water management Solution
Structlines offers expert design and reporting services for grading plans and stormwater management. We create precise grading plans that optimize drainage, elevation control, and land use, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
