Structlines Design/ Build is an Authorized professional engineering company located in Toronto, Canada, founded by Babak Asri, P.Eng., that specializes in residential and commercial projects throughout the GTA. With our design-build approach to construction, you have one budget, one contract, one source of accountability, and one cohesive turnkey project delivery.

Pre-construction assessments (feasibility study)
The pre-construction phase of a project is crucial, setting the course for a successful job. It includes business and financial assessments, in which your Design-Builder’s staff learn about your business, investment goals, vision, financial realities and current and future value.

Grading plan and storm water management Solution
Structlines offers expert design and reporting services for grading plans and stormwater management. We create precise grading plans that optimize drainage, elevation control, and land use, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Our stormwater management designs include hydrologic modeling, runoff calculations, and detailed reports, focusing on sustainable systems such as detention ponds and infiltration practices to mitigate flood risks, control erosion, and maintain water quality.”.
